    The architectural style present in the villa is largely contemporary, pulling inspiration from traditional Arabic style-living and mixing elements of modern design.     Why rent villa in Jumeirah?

    One of the main reasons expats prefer renting a Jumeirah villa is due to the area’s prime location and entertainment opportunities. The neighbourhood largely consists of low-rise buildings. Therefore, residents enjoy the serene unobstructed views of the beaches and architectural beauties littered around the area. Jumeirah itself is only ten minutes away from Business Bay, 15 minutes from Al Barsha and 13 minutes from Downtown – making this neighbourhood perfect for working –class families.

    Although the area doesn’t host its own metro station (yet), there’s plenty nearby such as Business Bay metro station, BurjKhalifa/Dubai Mall metro station, Noor Bank metro station and Financial Centre metro station. The tourist-popular area is no short of shopping options: Mercato Shopping Mall and Sunset Mall are at home in Jumeirah – although Dubai Mall is only ten minutes away. Beaches are popular at the neighbourhood – La Mer is the most recent development but other options include Kite Beach, Sunset Beach and Jumeirah Beach. As always, there are plenty of nurseries, health clinics and grocery stores lined across the neighbourhood making Jumeirah an ideal living space for all families.
